2015-16 Flawless Includes First Patrick Ewing Autographs in an NBA Uniform Since 2008-09 :

The list of reluctant autograph signers has lost a member. For the first time since 2008-09, Patrick Ewing has autographs in an NBA set.
He’s included in a handful of spots on the 2015-16 Panini Flawless Basketball checklist.
Ewing appears in four different autograph insert sets in 2015-16 Panini Flawless.
Spread across all of them and factoring all parallels into the mix, he has less than 260 total signed cards in the product.
While that’s more than there were before, at this point it’s likely not going to be enough to make much of a long-term impact
on the overall market for his signed cards as far as overall saturation goes.
Each individual card Ewing has in Flawless is maxed out at 25 copies with most being less.
And while Ewing is going to be forever connected with the New York Knicks, some of these new autographs delve a little bit deeper.
Yes, that means Seattle Supersonics and Orlando Magic autographs.
They’re part of the Transitions inserts set.
Ewing has four different cards (plus parallels) spanning his career as a Georgetown Hoya through to the twilight of his playing days.
Ewing also appears in Flawless Autographs and Premium Ink as far as basic autographs go.
The card that’s likely to fetch the biggest price on the secondary market should it surface is the one-of-one Logoman Autograph.
Prior to 2015-16 Flawless, Ewing had less than 40 different autograph cards.
Most are from Upper Deck including a handful from 2003-04 Upper Deck Exquisite.
His last signed NBA cards came in 2008-09 SPx, UD Black and Upper Deck Premier.
But even in that final year, he only signed 50 total cards combined for all three products.
In Ewing’s case, the number of different autographs is only part of the story because they’re rare to begin with.
