That sizable buzz you heard reverberating throughout the sports card world yesterday
and the one you no doubt still feel today can be largely attributed to 71 seconds worth
of epic video content that was stealthily delivered by Panini America officials to key hobby distributors.

The total package the video-embedded thumb drive and the box it came in
was a captivating advancement in the world of product solicitations.

But then again, a product as . . . unique . . . as Eminence demands something different.

A mysterious package arrived at BlowoutCards.com HQ on Monday morning
with some sample images and a flash drive with a single video clip inside.

Here is that video.



It’s for Panini Eminence a brand that will include pieces of silver,
gold and platinum embedded into cards along

with on-card autographs of the NBA’s top players.

Every card will be numbered to no more than 10 copies and there will be a selection
of cut autographs that’s among the elite in all of the sports world and beyond.

2014-15 Panini Eminence to push high-end to a new level :

Early details are sparse but one clear thing
is that 2014-15 Panini Eminence is not your average product.

Continuing Panini's focus on the high-end side of the hobby,

Eminence boxes feature actual pieces of gold, silver
and platinum in the cards, and we are not talking about tiny specks.

Promising a "basketball experience unlike anything you've ever seen,
" the big draw of the late-season product

is the valuable metal pieces embedded in the cards.

There are also many on-card autographs for top NBA names
and cut signatures from a wide variety of subjects,
including baseball greats.

While not much else is known at this point, every card
in the release is numbered to ten copies or less.

A super high-end revolution is on the way and 2014-15 Panini Eminence
will be the catalyst with cards containing pieces of precious metals,
hard-signed autographs, cut signatures,

and what is expected to be an extremely limited
print run the shortest in company history, in fact.

Announced through an online video that was recently posted
through Blowout Cards, preliminary details did note that
no card will have more than 10 numbered copies produced.

The cards will have hunks of silver, gold,
or platinum embedded into them as well.

Panini America has claimed that these cards
are unlike anything the hobby has ever seen

and there is still a great deal of mystery surrounding them.

Cut Signatures appear to be a major selling
feature for 2015-16 Panini Eminence

and will include not only NBA legends,

but also big names of the past from other sports
and the world of politics.

This product will also see the debut
of Autographed Championship Tag memorabilia cards.

Beckett Media hopes to have additional images
and details regarding this hotly-anticipated product soon.

2014-15 Panini Eminence is expected to hit card
store shelves on December 16.

A part les cuts auto hyper rares, ça se vendera un peu plus cher que les Flawless et les prix dégringoleront comme les dernières Flawless

waouh, encore des cartes impossibles à topper [:smiley d'ennui]

surtout indécent de tel prix pour 7 cartes

surtout quand le contenu ne vaudras jamais le prix total d'une box

on tire sur l'ambulance chez panini , cela aura une fin

C'est quoi ces prix, c'est du grand n'importe quoi !!!

Faudraient que les cartes soient en or massif pour que ce soit rentable pour l'acheteur

Ben le pire c'est que ça se vendra encore comme des petits pains, ils auraient tort de se priver chez Panimoche...

Justement il y a des cartes avec des gros morceaux d'or, d'argent et de platine. Mais pour moi ça ne justifie pas le prix hyper élevé, comme flawless avec les pierres précieuses c'est pas trop ce que je cherche sur une carte. Je préfère un jumbo patch très limité qui envoi sévère qu'une carte avec un mini lingot dessus.

Ouaip, bien d'accord, le seul truc qui sort de l'ordinaire pour le moment c'est le petit carré jaune de l'arrière des maillot avec le nombre de titre, c'est moins marquant que le TAG NBA mais c'est sympa je trouve, mais ça ne justifie pas de tel prix c'est clair !!

Nicolas, en ce qui concerne cette Collection de folie 2014 Panini Eminence

je n'aurais pas pensé qu'il y aurais encore plus cher

que les Panini Flawless qui sont déja à price trés elevé

et qui désormais se vendent pour certaines à des prices en chute libre par rapport au début de leurs sortie

Panini se flingue tout seul, les prix des cartes à l'unité ne cessent de baisser et cette collection va y contribuer encore plus!
Sans parler des autres collections qui ne se vendront pas du tout avec leurs jolis stickers et des sets qui ne veulent rien dire comme les Contenders notamment.
La belle carte patch auto se banalise
