Between their own brands and others they acquired with Donruss/Playoff, Panini has a lot of history to draw from.
2014-15 Panini Paramount draws from a couple of places. The name comes from Pacific.
But it's being reinvented, in big part on the back of a signature Pinnacle style from the 1990s
Dufex, which might be best described as a distinct spin on etched foil.
Boxes of 2014-15 Panini Paramount come with a single nine-card pack.
Each has three autographs and a memorabilia card. The remainder is rounded out with five Dufex cards.
All autographs in the product come with on-card signatures.
Penmanship (#/99 or less) draws from a large checklist of 60 veterans and 40 rookies.
Each has four parallels : Blue (#/25), Gold (#/10), Green (#/5) and Black (1/1).
Other autographs include Next Day Autographs (36 cards) and Rookie Impressions Autographs (33 cards, #/49 or less).
Buyback Autographs also have a role in 2014-15 Panini Paramount , although the card maker hasn't announced what sets they draw from.
Memorabilia cards are all numbered to 49 or less. Like the name says, Rookie Jumbo Jerseys (#/49 or less) uses bigger-than-normal swatches.
The checklist has 40 players. First-year players are also featured in Rookies Home and Away Jerseys (#/40 or less),
which has another 40 cards. Past and Present Jerseys (20 caards, #/40 or less) completes the relic trifecta in 2014-15 Panini Paramount .
All three sets have Prime (#/25) and Tag (1/1) versions as well.
The Dufex set has 50 cards, half of which are rookies. All have variations numbered to 25.
These land approximately one per case. Dufex parallels include Bronze (#/50), Blue (#/25) and Gold (#/10).
